Website was easy to use and shipment came as expected, but one of the plants was dead and the other one is bad shape. I think the plants may have be thrown around during delivery.

First the positives: Good, clear detailed info on each tree's growing requirements. Clear description of plant size that will be shipped. Clear statement of shipping date. First shipment arrived with box for 6' weeping redbud broken in half —so was tree in the box. Rep from FasT Growing Trees called in response to my email to Brighter Bloom. Same company, operating under 2 names. Interesting because I had comparison price shopped both companies. Sent out a replacement tree that arrived in one piece. Second, the cons — pun intended. Descriptions claims "well-rooted trees" and doesn't mention bare-root stock. The redbud I received was a bare root tree stuck in a burlap bag of pine bark/potting mixture. The tree's roots had been trimmed back to about 6" length. Absolutely no roots anchoring tree in soil or signs of a rootball. Redbud was sent from South Carolina to North Carolina and had to have been in cold storage because it showed no bud break whereas the redbuds in my area were in full leaf. Either Brighter Blooms is conning their customers or some grower is conning Brighter Blooms. The dogwood I received was leafed out and had a "rootball"that would fit in a full 1 gallon container —but the dogwood was sold as a 5 gallon tree. So I got 1 gallon of roots and 4 gallons of new bark grow mixture. All in all, an expensive way to buy potting soil. Additionally, I don't like the high price/extra charge for plant warranty; to me this feels shady and makes me suspect that if warranty is not purchased, shipped plants might be of lesser quality. Overall, I do not recommend Brighter Blooms aka Fast Growing Trees and do not plan to purchase trees from them ever again.

Customer service was okay although the delay in getting in touch with a real person (you leave a callback number a hope to hear from them in 3 days) is extremely frustrating when you’ve received a dead/damaged tree and their website shows they have only a few of the trees left in stock.
Once I got the callback, the agent was helpful and carried through on her promise to send the replacement tree the next week.Good, clear detailed info on each tree's growing requirements. I ordered 2 plants... one of which is not doing as well as the other. Very concerning

Mr Elvis told me to give it about 3 weeks.... coming up on week 3. Not a lot of difference in the appearance of the tree that looks bad

Overall, I finally was able to figure out your website. I hopefully ordered all plants/trees that will survive even when it is NOT warm weather here in New England bc there's no way I'm digging up trees! This is the whole idea of planting them. Oh my goodness gracious... ordering online can give a person anxiety even when you're calm. LMAO

My order has been about 12 miles from my home for at least 6 days. Can't get an answer from the seller or shipper about delivery. Super annoying

I got 222.00 and was still charged shipping so I dumped all but one.

The tree and bush I purchased was much bigger than I thought. They look beautiful in my back yard. I Plan to buy more. Great customer service too

I felt the navigation of the site was a little awkward compared to some other sites I have been using. Was looking for ninebark which was not listed in the drop down menu, but eventually found it... Had googled the Sweet Cherry Tea Ninebark and your site had been listed so ended up using the search bar in the end... thought you may have other Ninebarks to look at as well.

It says the plants will survive winter in wisconsin that’s totally fake. These plants have no chance to make it alive. they can only survive about 32 degrees for a few days. Winter in wisconsin gets at least-25 degrees for a few weeks. So avocado hass surviving winter here is not true. Same for plantains and lemon and more of the Caribean species they have on their website. This company is totally a Scam. I can’t believe trustpilot has positive reviews about this. Well that only shows how corrupt the hole reviews system is. Will see. I do not recommend this website
